PU-Heading

Our products are made from materials that are carefully crafted and of unique quality. Many are made of faux leather and embellished with metal accessories or detailing. Any incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variances are part of the materials’ natural characteristics and should not be seen as imperfections.

PU (Polyurethane)/ Faux Leather Care

Regular Cleaning: Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using abrasive or harsh cleaning agents that may damage the material.

Spill Cleanup: Immediately blotch spills with a clean cloth or paper towel to prevent liquid from seeping into the material. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution (such as diluted dish soap), gently wipe the affected area, and dry thoroughly.

Avoid Direct Sunlight:Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause PU leather to fade or crack. Place items away from direct sunlight or use curtains or blinds for protection.

Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep sharp objects away from PU leather to prevent scratches or tears.

Leather Care

Product Authenticity: Natural imperfections and shading in the leather validate its authenticity. The leather may lose colour over time, so handle liquids carefully to prevent colour transfer.

Professional Cleaning: Give bag to specialised leather cleaning agents to ensure the product is cleaned with the correct chemicals.

Metal-Heading

Metal trims

Contact with moist air can lead to tarnishing/oxidising of metal trims.
1. Take soft cotton or microfiber cloth.
2. Wipe against the tarnished area to clean the same.
3. Do not remove any covering from metal trim in order to avoid tarnishing.

Cleaning Steps:

Removal of stain marks from canvas bag
1. Use mild soap water and use canvas color fabric.
2. Soak cloth in water and rub on stained area, ensure rest of the area is untouched

Removal of dust from canvas bag
1. Do not use wet cloth to remove dust.
2. Use soft shoe brush to remove dust. (bristles to be of beige/off white color)

Cleaning Tools: Use only a clean cotton fabric or a soft brush. Avoid plastic or metal cleaning pads to prevent permanent damage

Stain Removal: Remove marks made by pen, marker, lipstick, or nail polish immediately before they dry. Avoid direct contact with chemicals and hot surfaces.

Cleaning Steps:

1.Remove Loose Dirt: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt particles.
2.Dissolve Detergent: Dissolve a small amount of liquid wool detergent in water at approximately 30 degrees Celsius.
3.Brush with Solution: Brush the felt with the detergent solution until dirt loosens.
4.Rinse: Rinse with clear water.
5.Wipe Excess Water: Wipe excess water or stuff a cloth inside to maintain shape.
6.Air-Drying: Air-dry individually in an airy place away from heat sources and direct sunlight

Additional Care: Do not wash felt in the washing machine or submerge completely in water, as it may contract and lose shape. If needed, steam the cleaned felt by covering it with a damp cotton cloth and ironing it while hot.
