Titan is committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience and complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or warranty service as per the policy outlined below.
Currently, Titan fulfills orders within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time. All return, refund, and warranty policies apply only to domestic orders.
Return Eligibility (Domestic Orders Only)
A return may be requested only if:
- • The product is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
- • The product is returned in its original packaging
- • All tags on the bag remain intact
- • The invoice or guarantee card is included in the return package
Important:
If any tag is removed or missing, the return pickup will be denied.
Returns are applicable only within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return request:
- • Customers must contact Titan support within 7 days of receiving the product
- • Customers should not return the product before receiving confirmation from Titan
- • The product must be returned with original packaging, invoice/guarantee card, and intact tags
Requests received after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained.
Return Pickup and Charges (Domestic Orders)
- • Titan’s courier partner will arrange pickup from the registered address within India
- • Customers are not required to pay any shipping charges for returning the product
Return & Refund Timeline (Maximum Promised Time)
Pickup Scheduling
Pickup will be arranged within 5–7 days of raising the return request.
Transit to Warehouse
Returned products may take up to 30 days to reach the warehouse.
Quality Check and Refund Processing
After the product is received and successfully passes quality verification:
- • Quality checks will be completed within 3 working days
- • The refund will be reflected in the customer’s account within 7 days thereafter
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after:
- • The product reaches the warehouse
- • The product passes all required quality checks
- • The original tags and packaging are intact
Refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment used for the original transaction.
Refund Mode for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through:
- • NEFT bank transfer – Customers will receive an email from JusPay requesting their bank details. The link will remain valid for 3 days.
- • If the link expires after the third attempt, the customer will be required to share their bank details manually with the CRM team to complete the refund process.
Warranty Pickup Policy
If your product is covered under warranty and requires inspection or service, the following process applies:
Warranty Pickup Eligibility
- • There is no tag requirement for warranty pickups.
- • Original tags are not mandatory for warranty claims.
How to Initiate a Warranty Pickup
- 1. The customer must contact Titan support.
- 2. The customer is required to share:
- • Clear images of the product highlighting the issue
- • A copy of the invoice
- 3. Titan’s QC team will:
- • Review the submitted details
- • Validate the issue
- • Approve the warranty claim (if eligible)
- 4. Once approved, Titan will arrange pickup of the product.
Charges for Warranty Pickup
- • Customers are not required to pay any transit or shipping charges for approved warranty pickups.
