IRTH VALENTINE'S DAY SALES Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, offers, discounts, and promotions made during the IRTH VALENTINE'S DAY Sale (“Sale”). By participating in the Sale, the customer agrees to abide by the following:

1. Applicability of Offers
- All Sale offers are valid only on purchases made during the VALENTINE'S DAY Sale period as communicated by IRTH.
- Discounts are applicable only on selected products and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated.

2. Limited-Time Offers
- All discounts, deals, and promotional offers are valid strictly for the duration of the Sale and cannot be claimed before or after the stipulated window.

3. Order Finality
- Orders placed during the Sale are final. Requests for modifications (including address changes, product swaps, or cancellations) may not be accommodated due to high order volumes.
- IRTH reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Returns & Exchanges
- Products purchased during the VALENTINE'S DAY Sale are eligible for returns and exchanges only as per IRTH’s standard return policy, unless specified otherwise on the product page.
- With any handbag returns, the charms add-ons need to be returned too.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with IRTH’s existing return and refund timelines under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Payment Terms
- If a discount reduces the payable amount, the remaining balance must be paid using accepted payment methods on www.irth.in or at IRTH stores.
- Sale discounts cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.

6. Use of Discount Codes
- Any Sale-specific discount codes are valid for a single transaction unless explicitly stated.
- Codes cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, expired, or used incorrectly.
- The IRTHNEW10 first-time purchase coupon will NOT be applicable on discounted products during the Sale. Basket offers and automatic cart-level promotions will also NOT be applicable during the Sale period.

7. Order Cancellations by IRTH
- IRTH reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if it detects suspicious, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
- In such cases, the amount paid (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Product Availability
- All offers are subject to availability. Stocks may be limited, and products may sell out before the Sale ends.
- Adding items to the cart does not guarantee availability at checkout.

9. Communication & Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.
- IRTH will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

10. Liability Limitations
- IRTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Sale, including but not limited to delays, system failures, or technical glitches.
- IRTH will not be liable for any failure to process orders due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, system outages, or government restrictions.

11. Modifications to the Sale
- IRTH reserves the right to modify, extend, withdraw, or discontinue the VALENTINE'S DAY Sale or any offer therein without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

12. Indemnity
- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IRTH, its directors, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of misuse of Sale offers, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

13. Jurisdiction
- Any disputes arising from or related to the VALENTINE'S DAY Sale will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

15. Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and IRTH regarding the VALENTINE'S DAY Sale and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
